Triangle surface code

The Yoder–Kim triangle family joins surface-code patches around a central twist. Its local checks include a Y at the origin and a mixed Pauli boundary loop. This T1 skeleton implements only the symmetric r=s=t=2 patch in the paper’s coordinate and Pauli convention; other sizes are not implemented. The displayed parameters describe this finite witness. Decoder, circuit, operation, and realization facets remain unsurveyed.

Verified formal skeleton

The formal core and displayed claims are provenance-checked. Unlisted facets are not yet surveyed, not negative results.
